Overview

Coming home to Grenada” - this unique tour follows the route and stops which are an import  part of the rituals of “coming home to Grenada”  followed by all Grenadians residing abroad!

You must “wet your feet and your head in a river ( Concord  or Annandale?)  Then you must   look for cray fish and zandolay at the falls!

Next you must stop for "under the counter" (spiced up rum ) or a cool Carib while waiting to be served an authentic lunch of “provision and callaloo” !  This local "farm to table fare," flavored with fresh fish or the meat of your choice  takes place at the establishment with the longest Greenheart bar in the fishing town of Gouyave!  Chasers of pure spring water are highly recommended!  

Next stop is for artisanal dark chocolate at Jouvay Chocolate factory where ginger, nutmeg and cocoa nibs are some of the favourites - don't for get to try to Bois bande! with its supposedly Afrodisiac properties!
 
Heading inwards, we stop at Grand Etang Rainforest at 1900ft above sea level to look for Mona Monkeys and to immense yourself in nature and green before returning to your hotel

Hear the wind rustling through the trees.  

See the flowers that produce Chanel No5.

Make sure you bring some cash to purchase delicious Grenadian Chocolate and to top up on beers!

    If we cancel any trip due to weather, mechanical failure, or unsafe conditions, a full refund will be provided. If a tour departs, but is modified or shortened due to weather conditions, refunds will not be provided.

All guests must meet minimum age requirements at the time of participation. Each participant is required to sign a Participant Assumption of Risks, Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks and Indemnity Agreement prior to participation.

  • Payment, 24hr Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Payment in full is due at the time of reservation. Please notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of departure.
