Discover the beauty of Grenada’s lush rainforest as we drive up to 1900ft above sea level. Annandale falls jumpers will thrill you with their fearlessness as they jump into a relatively shallow pool providing great photo opportunities. Look out for the mischievous Mona monkey which was introduced to the island during the slave trade!
Our tour takes us up to historic Fort Frederick with its panoramic views of Grenada’s southern peninsulas and the guides at the fort will tell you all about the Revolution, Grenada’s revolutionary prime minister Maurice Bishop and the island’s connections with Russia and Cuba, before we continue along the picturesque ridge, down to the vendors market and Grand Anse beach.
Here you may want to have a cooling swim in the sea or you may choose to browse for souvenirs or to just enjoy chilling at the local bars which have on sale a variety of local juices, beers and freshly made rum punches. Check out Esther’s Bar which is famous for its freshly made Mojitos. (F&B not included)
